An Oregon woman died Tuesday following a two-vehicle crash in Klamath County, according to Oregon State Police.

The crash happened near Chiloquin along Highway 97.

Investigators say 76-year-old Sue Evans was driving a Dodge Ram with a trailer attached when she crossed into the opposite lane for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a Ford F550 that was pulling a trailer and a forklift.

Evans was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Ford sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
