The Englewood Police Department (EPD) apprehended a man after investigators reportedly linked him to scores of cases of child sexual exploitation.

According to authorities, the investigation began on May 4 when the department received an Internet Crimes Against Children tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The referral involves a cloud-based storage account that allegedly contained 39 unlawful files.

Detectives said 35-year-old Justine James Beckley was identified, and officials say they used a subpoena to find Beckley as the subscriber.

On Wednesday, investigators allegedly conducted a search warrant in the 600 block of Cromer Court, seizing various electronic devices for forensic analysis.

According to EPD, Beckley was taken into custody at the scene, interviewed, and eventually placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

Beckley is currently facing 58 criminal accusations, which include:

  • 28 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor
  • 30 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance

According to officials, he is being held on a $100,000 cash-surety bond and, if freed, would face electronic home detention.

Investigators said there is currently no evidence of any local victims, but anyone with information is requested to call Englewood Detectives at 937-771-5165.
