A Boise man was detained late Monday night after police discovered him inside a closed shop in downtown Boise.
According to Boise Police, officers arrived just before 11 p.m. On May 12, there were allegations of a prowler inside a business on the 1400 block of 13th Street.
When cops arrived, they reported seeing the suspect inside the building with a flashlight, going near the front windows. Police said officers activated the lights on their patrol vehicles, and the man exited the premises and was apprehended.
The suspect was identified as Dallin Rocha, 22, of Boise. According to the evidence, Rocha entered the shop by breaking a glass window near the front entrance.
Following the investigation, Rocha was arrested and lodged into the Ada County Jail for felony burglary.
