A fight turned into a shooting at a local Dollar General on Friday.
Around 2 p.m., Dayton police were dispatched to the 2000 block of North Gettysburg for reports of shooting.
According to Sgt. Turull of DPD, a dispute broke out between two people, and one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other.
The person shot was sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Dollar General is closed for the rest of the day.
