An 18-year-old was hurt in an apparent shooting early Friday in Southeast Portland’s Sellwood area, according to police.
According to a statement from the Portland Police Bureau, officers responded to reports of a shooting at Sellwood Riverfront Park near the 8000 block of Southeast Oaks Park Way at 1 a.m. Friday.
Police say they found the 18-year-old who had been shot and transported her to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Her identity has not been revealed.
The suspects had fled the area, and no arrests were made. Police request that anyone with information contact the bureau using case number 26-170120.
