Two Central Florida troopers have been arrested as part of an overtime fraud investigation, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators identified the trooper as Capt. Lenita King, FHP Troop D’s Orlando District 2 commander.
According to jail records, King was jailed in Osceola County on counts of grand theft, fraud, and falsifying records.
The sheriff’s office also verified that deputies issued a warrant out of Osceola County for Trooper Maurice Vilsaint.
According to deputies, the alleged offense occurred in Osceola County, where the warrant was issued.
Both troopers have now bonded out of jail.
