A trust based in Philadelphia is celebrating a significant victory in Massachusetts.

The Braintree Plumbers Trust of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has won a $4 million grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Fabulous Fortune” quick ticket game.

According to lottery officials, the trust, represented by trustee Robert Cirafice, elected to accept the prizes in the form of a single lump sum payment of $2.6 million before taxes.

The winning ticket was purchased at Red Apple Market, 267 Quincy Avenue, Braintree. As part of the award, the retailer will get a $40,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Lottery officials say there is one extra $4 million grand prize available in the “Fabulous Fortune” game. Players are asked to verify their tickets and keep track of remaining rewards as top awards are claimed.
