Portland police have apprehended two people following a hit-and-run incident in northeast Portland on Thursday afternoon.
According to PPB, officers responded to a reported crash near NE Fremont St. and NE 127th Ave. just before 3 p.m., following which a caller claimed that a person drove away.
Officers discovered the suspect vehicle near Luuwit Park and found that two people had abandoned it and fled.
After allegedly fleeing police, the two suspects were apprehended and jailed pending further investigation.
