A man was taken into custody for allegedly attacking an Ohio assistant attorney general on Wednesday.
According to court filings, Jermaine Johnson assaulted the assistant attorney general at 4 p.m. in Cincinnati.
He is charged with many offenses, including assault and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
