A mother wanted on kidnapping charges in connection with the 2019 disappearance of her 10-year-old daughter in Reisterstown was apprehended in Georgia, officials announced Monday.
Alicia Denise Brown, 37, was arrested on July 6 after Hart County officials in Georgia got a tip of a car driving north on Interstate 85 with a driver who was believed to be wanted on outstanding kidnapping charges.
Deputies from Hart County discovered the car near Exit 177 on Interstate 85 and conducted a felony traffic stop.
Brown was taken into prison without incident.
Officials stated that two young children were safely removed from the automobile and were not wounded.
The Baltimore County Police Department sought Brown on charges stemming from the disappearance of her 10-year-old daughter, Ailea Brown, who was reported missing in 2019.
Brown was also wanted by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia on felony accusations of interfering with child custody.
Both warrants were confirmed, and Maryland authorities stated that they will extradite her.
According to reports, Alicia Brown is the estranged wife of radio star Darian Morgan, commonly known as ‘Big Tigger.’

Ailea was last seen on May 25, 2019, at her residence on the 300 block of Erin Russell Court in Reisterstown.
In a phone conversation with FOX45 News in 2019, Alicia Brown claimed that Ailea was not with her at the time and that Ailea had previously resided in a foster home and gone missing.
Despite Alicia’s arrest, Ailea Brown is still missing.
Today, Ailea would be 17 years old.
