Three people were detained following a shooting at an Orlando apartment complex on Thursday, which sparked a pursuit that concluded in Seminole County.

Police said surveillance video shows the occupants of a black sedan and a black SUV shooting at two scooter riders at the Pendana at West Lakes Club Apartments on Orange Center Boulevard.

Nobody was wounded.

Officers swiftly spotted the black sedan and arrested two people: Jacorey Lowery, 20, and Quincy Desponosse, 18.

When officers attempted to stop the black SUV, the driver refused. Police used the Orange County Sheriff’s Office aircraft to track down the SUV, which eventually parked in Altamonte Springs and fled. Orlando police said they apprehended the suspect, 17-year-old Semaj Blackshear.

Lowery faces attempted felony murder charges, while Desponosse and Blackshear are charged with attempted criminal murder with a firearm.

Blackshear is also charged with fleeing and escaping law enforcement at high speeds, resisting an officer without violence, and violating probation as a juvenile.

The OPD said the investigation is still ongoing, and anyone with information should call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).
