A local woman was taken into custody for allegedly abandoning an elderly man she was caring for.
On July 8, Iyanna Casey, a Total Homecare Solutions staffer, reportedly left her patient alone for the night in an apartment on Camvic Terrace in Cheviot. When another staff member discovered him in the morning, he was allegedly resting on the floor in dirty clothes.
Casey is facing a charge of endangering patients.
