Two Powerball tickets sold in Southwestern Pennsylvania for Saturday’s lottery are worth a total $1.2 million.
According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, one ticket sold at Thompson Run Market on Thompson Run Road in Ross Township matched four of the five white balls drawn, 3, 4, 24, 36, and 47, as well as the red Powerball number 17, and won $200,000.
A ticket sold at Walmart on Walmart Drive in South Union Township, Fayette County, matched five of the five numbers but not the red Powerball, winning $1 million.
Winners should immediately sign the back of their tickets and visit the Lottery’s website to learn how to register a claim.
Winners have one year from the draw date to redeem their prize.
With no one matching all five balls and the Powerball, Monday’s jackpot has risen to an estimated $633 million.
Even if you did not win one of the major prizes in Saturday’s drawing, the Lottery claims 56,700 other tickets have prizes of some kind on them.
The previous major Powerball jackpot was won on May 2 when two tickets sold in Florida and Texas. These tickets split a $20 million jackpot.
