Two Kentucky men were detained after Findlay police allegedly discovered 22 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on I-75.

Deontay Persley, 42, and Gregory Butler, 48, were arrested Sunday on drug possession charges.

According to the Findlay Police Department, officers stopped a suspicious car on I-75. Police concluded the truck was driving from Michigan to Kentucky and discovered 22 pounds of marijuana inside.

According to the Hancock County Jail website, Persley and Butler were freed on bond early Tuesday morning. They are set to appear in court for hearings in August.
