A South Carolina man up receiving the perfect gift for his wedding anniversary: a $100,000 lottery jackpot.
The Graniteville man informed South Carolina Education Lottery authorities that he stopped at the Pilot Travel Center in Graniteville and purchased a Palmetto Cash 5 ticket for the drawing on July 7, his wedding anniversary.
The man had to check his ticket several times after the drawing to realize he had won $100,000.
“I told my wife, “I have an anniversary present for you.” “I think we won $100,000,” he stated.
According to the man and his wife, the win made their anniversary more special.
The winner stated that he intends to continue using the same numbers to play lottery games.
