2 Hoosier Lottery tickets worth over $1.5 million sold in Indiana

Two Hoosier Lottery tickets worth over $1.5 million are waiting to be claimed, including a CA$H 5 jackpot ticket worth nearly $1.5 million.

A CA$H 5 ticket purchased in Bloomington matched all five winning numbers in Friday night’s jackpot drawing, earning $1,479,552, according to the Hoosier Lottery.

The winning ticket was purchased at Big Red Liquors #5, 1255 S. College Mall Road in Bloomington.

The winning CA$H 5 numbers on Friday, September 4 were 11, 22, 29, 42, and 43.

Lottery officials are also hunting for the holder of a $50,000 Powerball Double Play ticket purchased in Indianapolis.

The ticket, purchased at Village Pantry 5618, 9525 Corporation Drive, matched four of the five winning numbers as well as the Powerball in Monday night’s Double Play drawing.

The winning Double Play numbers on Monday, September 7, were 20, 26, 49, 56, and 65, with a Powerball of 5.

The Hoosier Lottery is advising players to thoroughly inspect their tickets. Winners should keep their tickets in a secure location and consult with a financial expert before claiming their prizes.

Ticket holders can call Hoosier Lottery customer care at 1-800-955-6886 for specific instructions on how to claim their winnings.

In addition, players can check their tickets using the free Hoosier Lottery smartphone app.
