Police investigate deadly crash involving sedan, semi-truck in West Phoenix
PHOENIX , Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a sedan and semi-truck in West Phoenix early Thursday morning.
Officers were called to the area near 75th Avenue and Van Buren Street around 2:30 a.m. for reports of a crash. When they arrived, they found a sedan lodged underneath the trailer of a semi-truck, according to police.
The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
