Authorities say a Fall River man who was reportedly wanted has been apprehended in Rhode Island.
Warwick Police reported Wednesday that they had arrested Lamahrion Colson, 21, on an active, extraditable warrant issued by the Fall River Police Department.
Colson, who police say has a lengthy criminal record, was wanted on June 14th for Aggravated Assault -Dangerous Weapon and Assault/Battery on a Household Member-Subsequent Offense.
He was taken into arrest without incident and processed as a fugitive from justice awaiting extradition to Massachusetts.
According to Fall River Police, Warwick PD’s extraditable warrant appears to be a default warrant issued by the Fall River 2nd District Court.
Details are limited because the allegations are domestic in nature.
