Two people are facing charges after an accident on Chicago’s West Side turned into a road rage incident.
Around 8:15 a.m., police said, a BMW driver ran a stop sign near 18th and Avers in the Lawndale area, colliding with a Chevrolet sedan.
Both drivers and a passenger in the BMW stepped out and began fighting.
Cameras captured officers transporting a baseball bat as possible evidence.
The woman driving the Chevy was sent to the hospital in fair condition. Officers detained the other two people on the scene.
