A burglary investigation in Deadwood has led to two arrests while authorities continue searching for a third suspect, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said a homeowner reported a burglary on Jan. 30 along Highway 36. Detectives later identified suspects using security camera footage.
On Feb. 12, troopers with the Oregon State Police located 57-year-old Tina Jean Devault in a vehicle near Armitage Park. Investigators said they discovered about a pound of methamphetamine in the vehicle. Devault was arrested for a parole violation and may face additional drug charges.
Authorities also executed a search warrant at a property on Highway 126, where they found 38-year-old Beau Russell Anderson with a firearm. Anderson was arrested on several charges, including burglary and aggravated theft, and remains in custody at the Lane County Jail.
During a follow-up search on Feb. 13, detectives recovered nine stolen firearms connected to the case.
However, investigators are still searching for Guy Gilbert Devault, 61, who remains at large. He is described as about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information about his location to contact dispatch.
