Authorities are working to identify a man suspected of repeatedly peering into apartment windows and exposing himself in a disturbing series of incidents targeting women.

The Tualatin Police Department said the suspicious activity occurred between mid-November 2025 and February 2026 across residential apartment complexes in the area.
Investigators revealed that surveillance footage captured the suspect on at least two occasions entering private patio areas and looking through windows.

According to police, all known victims were women living in the apartments. In one particularly concerning case, the suspect was seen exposing himself while attempting to look inside a residence.
Officials described the behavior as alarming and invasive, raising concerns about resident safety and privacy.
