Authorities in Portland, Oregon, have arrested six individuals and seized eight vehicles following a crackdown on illegal street takeover events, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Police Disrupt Multiple Street Takeovers
Officers responded to two separate street takeover incidents on Saturday—one near the 9900 block of North Whitaker Road and another at Northeast 33rd Avenue and Broadway.

- Kamil Tez, 25 – accused of unlawful street takeover and staging illegal racing activity
- Marquez Quintero, 20 – charged with attempting to elude police and reckless driving
Vehicles and Evidence Seized
In total, eight vehicles were confiscated, including a Chevy Camaro, Infiniti G35, Lexus, and multiple Ford Mustangs. Police also seized a firearm connected to one of the suspects.
Additionally, officers issued eight citations and impounded three more vehicles during the operation.
