EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Police arrested a driver on Thursday for DUII following a crash, according to the department.
Just after 5 p.m. on March 26, officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 800 block of River Road.
Police identified one of the drivers, 45-year-old Chad Michael Hodgert of Eugene, as possibly intoxicated.
According to Eugene PD, Hodgert was driving a Mazda CX-5 northbound on River Road when he turned left onto McClure Lane and collided with the victim’s Toyota, which was stopped at the intersection’s stop sign.
Both drivers then moved their vehicles into the 7-Eleven parking lot.
After an investigation, Hodgert was arrested for DUII and Reckless Driving.
