Three people were hurt in a motorcycle crash on Thomas Drive early Friday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at midnight near the intersection of Thomas Drive and Appalachee Street.
According to authorities, one motorcycle was heading along Appalachee Street before making a U-turn onto Thomas Drive. As the bike was turning, it collided with another motorcycle traveling down Thomas Drive.
Troopers said that the first motorcycle’s driver, an Alabama man, was seriously injured. A female passenger on that bike suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the second motorcycle was also said to suffer minor injuries.
The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
