A man was stabbed in the stomach on a Manhattan street early Monday before seeking assistance in a subway station, authorities said.
The 57-year-old man was attacked on the street near West 112th Street and Broadway at 2 a.m., according to the NYPD.
The victim then boarded a train and disembarked at the West 96th Street and Broadway subway station before calling for help, according to authorities.
The man was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
It was not clear what provoked the attack. There have been no arrests.
