A woman has accused her boyfriend of rape after she crashed her car into a brick wall at a Hilliard restaurant.
According to Hilliard police, on May 16, a woman slammed her automobile into a brick wall in the Wilson’s Bar and Grill parking lot. The eatery is near her flat, which she shares with Lane Tyler Boor.
The woman claimed that Boor became agitated and continued messaging her to return home. When they arrived, the woman and two other people were carrying stuff into the flat, and Boor was reportedly yelling at them to leave.
Police said Boor urged the other two people to leave the residence and then grabbed the woman’s arm and tossed her down.
According to a police complaint form, Boor pinned the girl and sodomized her before telling her to “sleep it off”.
Boor was charged with rape and given a $75,000 bond in municipal court on Friday. He is due for a preliminary hearing on May 29.
