A $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold in New Jersey for Saturday night’s drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers in the May 23, 2026 Powerball drawing were 4, 16, 41, 48, and 66, with Powerball number 26. The power play multiplier was 2x. The projected jackpot for the drawing was $132 million, with a cash payout of $58.1 million.
According to officials, the New Jersey ticket won $50,000 by matching four white ball numbers and the Powerball. The ticket omitted the Power Play option, which could have doubled the winnings.
There was no jackpot winner revealed for the drawing.
Lottery authorities have yet to reveal where the winning ticket was sold in New Jersey.
