A child is dead, and two others are injured after a horse and buggy crash in Kentucky on Sunday.
According to Kentucky State Police (KSP), the crash occurred in Carroll County, Kentucky. Our news partner, WCPO-TV, reports that they did not provide an exact location for the crash.
When troopers arrived, they located a 44-year-old male driving a 2010 Nissan Altima when he collided with a horse and buggy carrying three children, according to KSP officials.
WCPO reported that medics carried all three children in the horse and buggy to a children’s hospital in Louisville.
KSP officials say one of the toddlers died and two others are in critical condition.
The crash is still under investigation.
