10 individuals, including 9 teens, face alcohol-related charges after a concert at Darien Lake

GENESEE COUNTY, N.Y. — Nine teenagers and one adult have been charged with alcohol-related offenses following the Hardy Concert at Darien Lake on Friday, May 29th.

Devin M. Kuntz, 19, Jacob R. Pangrazio, 20, Ryan L. Brady, 18, Cole J. Davis, 18, Paul J. Sesnie, 18, and four other juveniles have each been charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21. Kirby R.T. Heath, 22, faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated.

Police say all those charged were released on appearance tickets and are due in court on June 17.
