Two people were apprehended Monday after Ardmore police allegedly found methamphetamine in a stolen vehicle during a traffic stop.
According to authorities, Charles Gilley was driving the stolen vehicle while Amy Arundel was riding as a passenger. According to investigators, Arundel is accused of stealing the vehicle.
When cops halted the vehicle, they allegedly discovered around 2.5 ounces of methamphetamine inside.
Both Gilley and Arundel were taken into custody on allegations related to meth trafficking and possession of the stolen vehicle.
Additional details about the arrests and any formal charges were not immediately released. The investigation is underway.
