Detectives with the North Las Vegas Police Department are looking into an apparent murder-suicide after two people were discovered dead inside a vehicle early Sunday morning.
Police arrived around 3:48 a.m. Sunday to the 1800 block of East Lake Mead Boulevard near North McDaniel Street and North Bruce Street after receiving reports of two victims with gunshot wounds inside a vehicle.
When officers arrived, they discovered a white Toyota Highlander driven by an adult male and an adult female. According to police, both individuals looked to have gunshot wounds and were lifeless.
Medical workers arrived on the site and pronounced both victims deceased.
The North Las Vegas Police Department reports that investigators are considering the case as an apparent murder-suicide.
The investigation is underway.
