Male victim found killed Sunday near Broadmoor, NOPD says

A male victim was found killed near the Broadmoor neighborhood on Sunday (July 12), according to New Orleans police.

The authorities did not offer information on the victim’s age, identity, or apparent cause of death but classified the case as a homicide investigation.

The victim was discovered “in a yard in the area” of the 1800 block of South White Street at 11:50 a.m., according to the NOPD. He was pronounced dead on the spot by New Orleans EMS officials.
