A Tri-State man is suspected of driving under the influence with five children in his vehicle.
According to the Hamilton County Jail website, Antwan Crossty faces child endangerment, OVI, and traffic charges as a result of the event.
Crossty was stopped on North Bend Road in Philloret early Sunday morning.
According to court filings, five children were in the backseat. Two of them appeared to be young enough to need child safety seats, but they were not in them.
Crossty is set to appear in court on Monday.
