An 83-year-old woman was killed in a rollover crash in Westmoreland County on Wednesday night.
The crash occurred just after 8 p.m. on I-70 near mile marker 51 in South Huntingdon Township.
According to a notice from the Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office, Margaret Usak of Napa, California, was driving a Kia Soul when it veered off the road, colliding with a guiderail and overturned.
Usak was carried to the hospital and died from her injuries.
A 77-year-old female passenger in the vehicle was transported to the hospital. The full extent of her injuries remains unknown.
The Pennsylvania State Police and the Coroner’s Office investigated the collision.
