UPDATE: David Neff was Located and is safe, according to the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.
ORIGINAL: Pasco County authorities are requesting public assistance in locating a 53-year-old man who is considered missing and endangered.
Deputies from the Pasco Sheriff’s Office are aggressively looking for David Neff, who was last seen around 6:45 p.m. Saturday, September 5. Investigators said he was seen along Teak Street in New Port Richey.
Neff is described as 6 feet tall, weighs roughly 200 pounds, and having brown hair and eyes. He was last spotted wearing a red tie-dye shirt and jean shorts.
Investigators suspect Neff is driving a white Ford E-350 van. The automobile bears a Florida license plate with the tag number AK90TP.
