Two people were taken into custody on Tuesday after a search warrant at a Highland Street house turned up more than 200 grams of suspected cocaine and other drugs.
Southbridge police detectives, patrol officers, and K9 “Vice” carried out the narcotics search warrant at 63 Highland Street around 10:40 a.m. on September 22, 2026.
According to a police news statement, officers discovered more than 214 grams of suspected cocaine, as well as Adderall, psilocybin/mushroom edibles, sildenafil, and ecstasy/MDMA, all packaged for distribution.
A Smith and Wesson. A 38 Special pistol, multiple rounds of live ammo, and a digital scale often used for drug distribution were also found, along with additional packaging accessories and $1,752 in US dollars suspected of being drug revenues.
Kenneth T. Massey Jr., 37, of Southbridge, was charged with trafficking cocaine in excess of 200 grams, possession with intent to distribute Class B Adderall, possession with intent to distribute Class C Psilocybin, possession of Class E Sildenafil, possession of Class B Ecstasy (MDMA), possession of a firearm without an LTC/FID, illegal possession of ammunition, and improper firearm storage.
Ashley M. Rivera, 31, of Southbridge, was charged with trafficking cocaine in excess of 200 grams, possession with intent to distribute Class B Adderall, possession with intent to distribute Class C Psilocybin, possession of Class B Ecstasy (MDMA), possession of a firearm without an LTC/FID, unlawful possession of ammunition, and improper firearm storage.
Both were taken to police headquarters pending their appearance at Dudley District Court.
