The identity of the two bodies discovered on a Lancaster property have been announced by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.
The bodies of Edward Perez, 46, and Ricky Phillips, 61, were discovered on the secluded farm. According to ABC7, both males were reported missing.
More detectives were observed on a Lancaster property where two remains had been discovered buried.
On Wednesday, more detectives were seen on the property where the victims had been discovered buried. AIR7 was seen flying overhead again as homicide detectives investigated the area of 50th Street East and Avenue F.
Cadaver dogs were on the location as part of the search, which began with a missing persons investigation.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has not provided any information on the state of the remains or how long they may have been there.
The medical examiner’s office will have to identify the remains.
