An inmate in the Nevada Department of Corrections has died.
According to NDOC, Daniel Christopher died on April 7. The 35-year-old had been serving a sentence of 120 to 300 months at High Desert State Prison for second-degree murder, trafficking a controlled substance, and carrying a concealed weapon.
NDOC said he arrived at the facility on May 22, 2024, from Clark County. He died at Centennial Hills Hospital.
FOX5 reached out to the Clark County coroner to determine the cause and manner of death. The coroner said that information remains pending.
