Man Dies After Shooting on East 4th Street, Investigation Ongoing

A man died after being shot Friday night on East 4th Street, according to the Reno Police Department.

Officers arrived in the area near Lake Street around 8:30 p.m., where they found a man with gunshot wounds.

First responders tried to save his life, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the incident appears to be isolated and confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public. The investigation remains ongoing.
