The FBI is seeking a Colombian man accused of participating in a large drug-money laundering operation.
According to investigators, Victor Julian Duque (also known as Victor Julian Duque Tobon) served as a courier for the criminal group Clan de Golfo, collecting cash in the United States and putting hundreds of thousands of dollars into false business accounts.
Since 2021, the organization where he worked “has allegedly laundered more than $54 million from fictitious businesses operating in the United States to businesses in Colombia,” according to the FBI.
Duque is accused of making a total deposit of $459,953 between September 26, 2022, and March 24, 2023. After being charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering, he was issued a federal arrest warrant in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Miami on October 22, 2025.
The probe has resulted in nine indictments, according to officials. According to the FBI, six of the eight individuals apprehended have been convicted.
Duque is the case’s only surviving fugitive, and the FBI is promising up to $10,000 for information that leads to his arrest.
He is thought to be in Colombia, with connections to Pereira, Bogotá, and Belén, as well as San Antonio, Texas.
The FBI encourages anybody with information regarding Duque’s whereabouts to contact their local FBI office, the nearest US Embassy or Consulate, or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov.
