2 Indicted for Murder And Robbery at Central Florida Park

Two men were indicted for a murder and robbery at a Central Florida park.

The Brevard County Grand Jury indicted Christopher J. Hriciso, 18, and Caleb C. Davis, 17, on one count each of first-degree criminal murder and armed robbery with a firearm.

According to the State Attorney’s Office, the indictments arise from a deadly gunshot at Palm Bay’s Patrick Woodard Memorial Park on August 26, 2026. Palm Bay Police officers responded to complaints of gunshots and found the victim, a 22-year-old man, dead inside his Ford F-450 pickup truck from a close-range gunshot.

Palm Bay detectives determined that the incident was related to an illegal drug deal. Investigators discovered text conversations exchanged between Davis’s phone and the victim’s just before the murder occurred.

They also got a Snapchat video from a suspect’s account showing two masked males, a firearm, and marijuana packaged in a manner that matched marijuana bundles discovered at the victim’s home. According to the police report, throughout the video, both defendants gleefully rapped rhymes and made gestures toward marijuana.

Last month, police arrested Christopher Hriciso and Caleb Davis, both of Titusville, and held them without bond at Brevard County Jail.

The State Attorney’s Office will charge Caleb Davis as an adult.
