Unidentified Human Remains Found in Portland: Authorities Seek Public Help to Identify Victim

Authorities in Portland are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man whose partial remains were discovered earlier this year.

According to the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office, the remains were found on March 1 in a wooded area near the roadway at Willamette Cove, located in North Portland.

Investigators say the individual is believed to be a white male between the ages of 19 and 31, with an estimated height ranging from 5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 7 inches.

At the time the remains were discovered, the man was wearing black junior-sized leggings from the brand No Boundaries, along with a black XXXL T-shirt from the brand Time and Tru.

Officials are urging anyone who may have information that could help identify the individual to come forward. Tips can be reported by contacting the medical examiner’s office at 503-988-0055. Callers are asked to reference case number MU-260301-468.

The investigation remains ongoing.
