A Eugene man is facing a drug charge in Miller County following a narcotics search warrant issued over the weekend.
According to the probable cause statement, members of the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force conducted a drug search warrant on the residence of 45-year-old Beau J. Brinker on Friday. Brinker was found in possession of a bag containing around 18 grams of methamphetamine. A further check of the home uncovered three glass smoking pipes containing meth residue. Brinker admitted to selling methamphetamine out of the property.
He is charged with one felony count of controlled narcotic delivery. Brinker’s bond is for $100,000 cash or surety.
