A Chicago man arrested after police say he led them on a high-speed chase along the Toll Road with children in his vehicle.
Just before 7 p.m. on Saturday, Indiana State Police reported seeing a pickup truck traveling at speeds above 100 mph at mile marker 104.
Troopers attempted to stop 28-year-old Justyn Thomas, but he continued to aggressively pass other vehicles.
Thomas eventually came to a stop near mile marker 121 and was taken into custody.
According to officials, he was driving with a mother and two children, an eight-year-old and a two-year-old.
Thomas was booked into the LaGrange County Jail and faces charges of Resisting Law Enforcement, Neglect of a Dependent, and Reckless Driving.
