A Summerfield woman was held without bond after being accused of a relentless campaign of harassment against her neighbors, which resulted in 130 calls to the police.

Annette Marie Krupnicka, 61, was apprehended Monday on a felony charge of aggravated stalking. She was being held in the Marion County Jail.

The neighborhood in question is located off County Road 42, close to the new Walmart near the Phillips Villas in The Villages. According to an arrest affidavit filed by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, deputies have been dealing with an escalating disagreement between Krupnicka and her neighbors at two nearby properties since October.

Investigators discovered that Krupnicka had began to “weaponize” calls for service, routinely contacting law enforcement to report purported offenses against her neighbors, which deputies later learned were fake.

In the affidavit, the reporting deputy identified a clear pattern of incidents involving the defendant and victims.

The matter has recently progressed beyond verbal disagreements. On June 22, a neighbor stated that Krupnicka was strolling about her property with a kitchen knife and threatening him, saying, “I’m going to gut you like a fish.” Other occurrences included Krupnicka allegedly photographing neighbors to antagonize them, trespassing on their property, and shouting racial slurs against children playing in the street.

The victims informed deputies they were concerned for their safety and wondered whether it was safe to let their children play outside unsupervised.

Krupnicka is not new to law enforcement. She was arrested in July 2025 for reportedly grabbing a crowbar and attempting to break into her ex-boyfriend’s home.

Deputies stated that the recent spate of confrontational interactions showed no signs of de-escalation, prompting the decision to arrest Krupnicka for aggravated stalking.
